BALANCE LLC was created by Tamisha “Misha da Great” Yelder, a woman with a passion for natural healing and a mission to inspire healthier lifestyles. What started selling sea
moss and herbal oils from a small trailer grew into a powerful wellness brand that now serves families, gyms, schools, and communities across Memphis.
Balance was born from a simple truth:
